Implementation & Customer Success Manager

BlueSnap is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Implementation & Customer Success Manager who will work with our merchant accounts to efficiently coordinate the implementation and integration with BlueSnap. The Implementation & Customer Success Manager will foster a strong technical and business relationships and drive customer satisfaction with online payment and merchant support.  The Implementation & Customer Success Manager will establish a consultative relationship with merchants through demonstrating in-depth understanding of both the merchants’ and BlueSnap’s business values to ensure smooth integration, successful implementation and business growth.

This position is located in Waltham, MA.



  • Manage a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementation of technical and business systems, software, and solutions
  • Oversee and support multiple implementation projects and merchants
  • Review merchants’ solution/requirements, develop high level project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations
  • Manage implementation team members in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
  • Build an extensive knowledge of department processes and continued improvement of existing processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and assist with resolving service and implementation issues
  • May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in payment processing, ecommerce platform acquiring/issuing or financial services/credit industries
  • 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience in a customer facing implementation role
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Self-driven and passionate
  • Always wants to excel and improve performance and procedures
  • Constantly looking to improve the status quo
  • Familiarity with an environment where cross-functional collaboration is essential to accomplishing goals and objectives
  • Great team player
