Junior Account Manager

BlueSnap is looking for a Junior Account Manager who will work with our merchant accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a front-line point of contact for assigned merchant accounts, creating relationships with day to day account contacts to ensure trust, confidence, loyalty and mutual benefit
  • Understand how the account measures their business and help accounts meet their goals
  • Develop case study scenarios based on account success
  • Monitor account activity and review the value of services provided to recommend needs-based value-added services
  • Coordinate and assist with resolving technical service issues
  • Provide customer related support, including the research of set up and/or processing issues, and creation of basic analytics to support findings

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as Account Manager
  • Previous experience working in SW companies
  • BA in Business Administration
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Great management, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and passionate
