Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support for our merchants and shoppers using calls, emails and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Meet Service Level Agreement goals for response times

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as customer support from a technical industry
  • English- Mother tongue level
  • SQL knowledge- advantage
  • Knowledge of additional languages –an advantage
  • Experience in the online payment industry, e-Commerce, or related – an advantage
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking capabilities, creative, service oriented
