BlueSnap debuts online GoGuides to accelerate seller and affiliate sales success
BlueSnap release 1.32 features assist new and existing sellers and affiliates to fully utilize the extensive BlueSnap capabilities and enhance the management of their business.

Release 1.32 is the latest in a continuing series of enhancements from BlueSnap that are automatically available to BlueSnap sellers and affiliates. One of the features of Release 1.32 is the new BlueSnap GoGuide, a context-sensitive online help tool designed to guide users through the BlueSnap platform. With this launch, BlueSnap is introducing “Get Up And Go” as the first of a series of online GoGuides for both sellers and affiliates to improve their sales success.

GoGuides offer online step-by-step instructions to launching a product through BlueSnap, as well as show relevant tutorials and tips for greater sales and recommended next steps. Planned for a future release of the GoGuides this year is an Instant Answers feature, which will provide real time answers to customer queries and online tutorials to help users drive traffic and increase conversions.

In addition to GoGuides there are platform improvements to Google Adwords Conversion Tracking helping sellers optimize their use of Adwords marketing along with improvements to affiliate tracking, enhancements to seller sales conversion tools and a number of other sales conversion and processing improvements.
