Introduction

BlueSnap provides eCommerce and billing solution for SaaS subscriptions. CloudShare offers a self-service “point-and-click” cloud platform that enables businesses to create, collaborate on, and run full enterprise applications on-demand.  Individuals, small teams, and large enterprises – including Cisco, SAP, McAfee, and VMware – use CloudShare to create virtual data centers for application development and testing, demos, proofs of concept, and training. Because CloudShare has a wide range of applications, it was important to them to have robust subscription billing options.

The Challenge

As a SaaS platform, we wanted to make sure we were providing our customers with a range of subscription offerings. Our prices varies based on how many users will be accessing the account, and we are able to offer deals for yearly subscriptions over monthly ones. It addition to different pricing models based on the length of the subscription, we also have different pricing models depending on which components of our product a client is using. It was crucial for us to work with a payment gateway who would give us the ability to customize multiple subscription offerings.

The Solution

BlueSnap provides CloudShare with an eCommerce and billing platform to handle the dynamic billing and subscription management needs of its CloudShare ProPlus offering for businesses. This offering of its cloud platform is designed for IT professionals, developers, consultants, and other individuals or small teams to build, demo, share, and train end-users on complex enterprise application environments, like SharePoint, with ease-of-use and all-inclusive pricing. As the CloudShare business matures, BlueSnap supports subscriptions managed inside the Powered Buy Platform™ and in 3rd party enterprise subscription ERP systems.  Flexible integration of leveraging Hosted Pages, coding to their API or using integration to subscription platforms ensures we can grow with BlueSnap.
