Who Is Namely?

Namely was founded to create an HR platform as intuitive as social media, but powerful enough to support the complexity of today’s workforce. They focus on solving mid-sized companies’ biggest HR challenges — from talent management to time management and benefits administration to payroll. We’re not just a vendor for Namely, but also a client. As an organization, we at BlueSnap were looking for flexible, easy-to-use HR management software that would also support employee engagement. We needed an automated performance management platform that could adapt to our business’s current and growing HR/Admin needs and enhance manager-employee communication for our global organization.

The Challenge

Much like BlueSnap, Namely is a growing business — making the right technology and payment partner key. Namely was struggling with the multiple payment providers it had pieced together and was looking for an all-in-one solution for accepting credit cards and ACH from their customers in collections.

Before implementing BlueSnap, Namely was not able to easily access its payments data at a time of essential growth, so they decided it was time to find a better-suited solution that could grow with them.

The Solution

Namely was referred to BlueSnap through one of their own clients in the fintech space. Namely was already using BlueSnap’s partner, Zuora, for their subscription management. BlueSnap’s integration with Zuora helped to get Namely up and running quickly with all the right features.
